The Howick and Pakuranga Toy Library AGM will be held on Thursday, 14th September 2023, at 7.30pm. The meeting will be held in the Howick Toy Library and online.

Our constitution allows members to by represented by a proxy at the AGM to form a quorum (the minimum number of members attending). To ensure that we have a quorum we would appreciate if you could appoint a member of the current committee, or another member of the Toy Library as your proxy if you can’t attend.

Please note:
• There is no limit to the number of proxies a person can carry
• Proxy votes are to be confirmed at least a day before the meeting starts (13th September 2023)
• You can nominate a current member of the committee, another member attending the meeting or “chair of the meeting”
• Unless otherwise instructed, your proxy will vote as they see fit.
