Good morning Dolphins! Today's Wellness Wednesday question talks Thanksgiving and all the delicious food that families eat at Thanksgiving dinner. Most families like turkey, potatoes, stuffing and all the other side dishes that go along with turkey. However, some families also eat steak, pork roasts, chicken or other unique dishes. There are a lot of healthy side dishes that we can eat at Thanksgiving, such as fruits, vegetables, etc.
