You want to be portrayed in the best light so please fill out the attached form carefully. Give each question serious thought! Know that the effort you put into this senior packet will reflect the quality of letter written on your behalf. Your answers should be complete, detailed, and highlight who you are and the experiences you have had in high school. Please complete this document prior to your one-on-one session with your counselor if you are requesting a counselor letter of recommendation.
