All applications must be submitted by April 28, 2023. Applications received after April 28, 2023 will not be considered. 

Applicants will be notified of their status:
Early Birds Applications: No later than April 14, 2023
Standard Applications: No later than May 12, 2023

As a reminder:
The Charles River Jazz Festival is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. Submission of this application acknowledges that you accept all risk associated with adverse weather conditions. 
The Charles River Jazz Festival does not provide tents, tables, or chairs.
