ASSW2021 - Registration Fee Support Application Form
The International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) will provide registration fee support to attend the ASSW2021:

1) Early career researchers up to 5 years past PhD with an Arctic research focus (an allowance will be made for career breaks such as parental leave)

2) Arctic researchers of all career stages at Russian institutions and/or focusing on the Russian Arctic

3) Indigenous Scholars and Knowledge holders with homeland in the Arctic of all backgrounds and career stages

The registration fee support is available for attending the:

- ASSW2021 Business and Community Meetings (19 - 23 March 2021)
- ASSW2021 Science Symposium (24 - 26 March 2021)
- both parts of ASSW2021 (Full Conference - 19 - 26 March 2021)

Registration fee support will be given out on a first come first serve basis. All questions are available on the first page. There is no second page with hidden questions. The questions are designed so we know if  you meet the above mentioned criteria or which funding source(s) you qualify for, so please answer all the questions as completely as possible.

The application deadline is on 22 February 2021.

Funding recipients will be notified after the application deadline and provided with detailed instructions on how to register with a special unique registration code provided to them. Please do not register for ASSW2021 until you have received these instructions from the IASC Secretariat.

There will be a special registration code sent to the recipients of the IASC registration fee support with which they can register for ASSW2021 without having to pay the registration fee upfront. It is therefore important that you wait until we send you the result of your application and the instructions on how to register with the registration code.
