This audit provides a full assessment across your entire work winning and bid management approaches, processes, culture and behaviours.
By completing this diagnostic so you will have clarity of what it is that your firm does well, which areas are in need of improvement and where your activities and approaches could perform better.
We will be analysing all key processes and activities across all workflows stages and will provide you with specific recommendations on how you can improve in an aggregated report on findings from as many of your colleagues who submit a response.

Once we have completed your diagnostics, a detailed report will be provided to you and your colleagues via an online or face to face meeting.

Once signed up you will be sent a link to the Audit, a capture form for the PCPI. or both.
