Thank you for your patience as we planned Summer Camp activities at Queen & Rook Game Cafe. It has been an enormous challenge to try to get this right in terms of safety, staffing, and fitting the needs of parents and kids. We have come up with something that hopefully fills all those different needs. Please respond using this google form we will send you confirmation and an invoice.
We are following all state guidelines for Summer Camp related to Covid-19 safety. Specific details will be provided upon registration.
Youth will be grouped according to age as much as possible. Youth must be at least 6 years old at time of the start of camp and no more than 15 years old at time of the start of camp.
We will offer two options for in-person camp: 1) MORNING only, and 2) FULL DAY camp (with additional AFTERCARE available). At this time we are unable to offer a virtual camp option, but will keep you updated if this becomes available.
1) MORNING camp hours will go from 8:30am to 12:00pm (noon) Monday to Friday, and will include the main project-based learning, a snack, and free play time.
2) FULL DAY camp will go from 8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. It will include the main project-based learning, a snack, lunch time, outside play, and board/card game free play as well as extra project time. (LUNCH provided by Queen & Rook is available for an extra $30 per week.)
3) AFTERCARE will go from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, with a pick up window until 5:45pm. Aftercare will consist of board game play, card games and other activities designed by counselors.
Some weeks we may show movies or documentaries, and have guest speakers via video conference.

Camp prices are for full weeks only:
Morning camp: $175 per week
Full day camp: $300 per week
Additional Aftercare: $100 per week
Optional lunch: $30 per week
Please reserve your weeks ASAP as we are limiting capacity to just 6 campers (per pod) for safety and spots will fill up.
