I understand that this camp is an opportunity to learn, participate, contribute and gain attitudes and values. I understand that this requires me to take responsibility for my own behaviour & safety to ensure that others are not put at risk due to my behaviour.

I agree to do the following to ensure the safety of others and myself:

* Show courtesy and consideration to others

* Follow the rules and instructions of staff, leaders and other supervisors at camp

* Look after my personal belongings

* Declare medical conditions that could affect participation during camp

* Accept the rules set by the camp staff and leaders, even if they are different from what is accepted at home

I understand that my parents/guardians will be contacted and I may be sent home at their expense if:

*my actions are considered unacceptable or inappropriate by staff or leaders

* my actions put me or others in any danger or in an unsafe situation

BOP Easter Camp Leadership will do their best but attendees understand that BOP Easter Camp assumes no responsibility for injuries or illnesses that attendees may sustain, a) as a result of attendee's physical condition, b) resulting attendee's participation in any activity, c) as a result of another attendee's or third person's actions, or d) as a result of attendee's use of Ohope Christian Camp or BOP Easter Camp's facilities, field, and/or equipment in connection with BOP Easter Camp. The attendee agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify BOP Easter Camp and it's staff, leaders and supporters from and against any and all claims for personal injury (including loss of life) and all other losses or damages that the attendee may suffer as a result of his or her participation in the BOP Easter Camp event.
