Proxy Voting: Proxy voting shall be allowed for extenuating circumstances, i.e., illness or other requirements that prevent attendance. Such proxies are to state the reason for non-attendance and should be signed and submitted seventy-two (72) hours prior to the Voters' Assembly meeting. Submission of a signed proxy is not a guarantee of acceptance. The secretary shall announce the proxies and the Voters' Assembly retains the right to approve all proxies before conducting any business. (By-Laws Section 4.0)
