JAY Camp (Parent Education)
This year we hosted our very first JAY CAMP for parents. Outside professionals spoke with parents about topics they face everyday as parents including online safety and financial planning. We would like to continue to extend the opportunity to parents to grow as parents and adults and to provide a system of support to families. Please take some time to fill out this simple form. We are seeking input from you about parenting and "adulting" topics you would be interested in learning more about. JAY Camps would last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. In most cases a family meal and childcare will be provided.
All responses are confidential as we are not automatically collecting email or personal information through the form. You may chose to provide that information but it is not required. If you chose not to provide that information please skip to question #3.
