2023-2024 Confirmation Step 3 - Conclusion of the preparation process and questions for a concluding conversation about Confirmation preparation.
Everyone who wishes to receive the sacrament of Confirmation in the Concord Carlisle Catholic Collaborative, scheduled for May 11, 2024, should complete this online form to:

1. review the various preparation pieces that have been completed (or are in the process of being completed),
2. prepare responses to questions that will be reviewed in concluding conversation with Tony or a Confirmation leader, and
3. use the link at the end to sign up for a time to meet with Tony.
