Pre-Registration for Kindergarten Screening
If you have a child who will be 5 years old by August 1, 2024 and are considering enrolling your Kindergarten student at Woodmore Elementary School, please fill out the form below by April 10, 2024.    


After you have completed the pre-registration, you MUST contact Mrs. Kigar, the elementary secretary, at 419-862-1060, ext. 402 to schedule a day and time for screening for your child. We have 3 different time frames on Wednesday (5-1) and Thursday (5-2) and 2 slots on Friday (5-3).

Every child entering kindergarten this fall must be screened on one of these days.
