Elective Section:
Pay close attention to the following questions. Our goal is place you in the main elective you choose, but scheduling can be difficult as some classes have limited offerings. We are going to ask you for two alternate electives in case we need to make adjustments. Your second elctive choice may be an additional fine arts class if you choose.

Fine Arts questions if you chose Band or Orchestra.
All Band and Orchestra students are required to attend an Instrument Fitting to determine instrument compatibility and suitability. Due to being out of school at this time we are asking each student to choose the instruments that they are “interested” to learn.  We will schedule these fitting as soon as we are able and safe.

Instruments chosen on this form gives the directors a starting point for testing. DO NOT purchase an instrument or supplies until your Band or Orchestra Director has met with your student for an Instrument Fitting.
If you chose Band as your Fine Art or as the elective choose Four instruments you may be interested in playing. We will start with these instruments when we meet your student for an Instrument Fitting, but we might find a better "fit" with another instrument.
