A two-day summer workshop with hands-on lessons to learn techniques and curriculum for using your school garden and Outdoor Classroom as exciting educational tools. Participants explore lessons in gardening, leadership, and nutrition that support TEKS objectives in the core subjects. Workshop includes a box lunch for day one and a seed to table lunch prepared by you in The Cultivated Classroom. Garden seeds, gloves, and resources will be provided to grow successfully in the outdoor classroom.

Scholarship window is open! The application window will close Thurs, June 2nd. Applicants will be notified of their award on a rolling bases by June 6th or until all spots are filled!

Scholarships are targeted but not limited to support teachers and individuals who work with youth in low-income neighborhoods and socially vulnerable populations.
