ECF Stars & Stripes Summer WE Show RSVP
Join us for an epic, three-day Working Equitation show at El Campeon Farms in Thousand Oaks, CA July 7th-9th. This will be a USAWE rated show with ALL levels offered. Wether you are interested in spectating, competing, volunteering, sponsoring, or vending, this will be a show you don't want to miss!

Competitors: Let us know if you are planning on attending.

Vendors: Tell us about your business.
Interested in vending? We would love to have you! This will be our biggest show of the year and will be a great opportunity for our equestrian community to get to know your business. Vendors are welcome to bring banners and are encouraged to bring product samples and promotional material for our competitor swag bags.
Vending is $75 for the weekend OR you can donate an item(s) of equal or more value for our prize table. 

i.e. "I make and sell ...... and would love to set up for all three days"
Sponsors: We need you.
We are currently looking for sponsors for our show. Every bit of support goes to enhancing the show experience for all participants. Wether you are interested in being a cash, prize, or dinner sponsor, your support would mean the world to us. Let us if/how you would like to be involved and someone on our team can reach out to you directly. 

i.e. "we would love to be a prize sponsor, please let us know more details"
Volunteers: It takes a village.
Let us know your availability and if there is something specific you would like to help with!
We really could not pull off our shows without the incredible help of our volunteers. Join our team for one or all of the days and experience the fun of the working equitation community! We provide lunch and a swag bag for all volunteers. (Available positions- scribe, timer, ground crew to reset obstacles, test runners to bring test from arena to show office )
i.e. "i'm available Saturday and am interested in scribing or timing"
Spectators: Please join us!
Working Equitation is an incredibly fun sport to watch! Wether you are curious about this event OR you are just looking for a FREE and exciting show to attend, we would love to have you. Rosendo's famous tacos will be there for lunch (be sure to bring cash), and there will be a handful of local businesses setting up shop and vending for the weekend. Let us know if you are planning on spectating and we will send you an email with all the information you will need (directions, parking, schedule and more).
