TA/RA Assignments
This form will aid us in matching our graduate students to the best possible assignment by taking into account 1) the need for graduate students to have a wide range of teaching and research experience, 2) the need for support across the broad spectrum of department activities, 3) the need to staff our undergraduate courses in the best possible way, drawing on our graduate students’ experience and skill sets.

Please note: Graduate students must have advanced to candidacy before being assigned an independent undergraduate course. Because the number of graduate students may exceed the number of undergraduate courses to be offered, not every graduate student can be guaranteed an independent course. Also please note: Students in first and last semesters of course work will be given preference for lighter assignments if requested.
