WHO:
The movement clinics are for all brass/woodwind/color guard students who are signed up for the 2024 Marching Band season (this includes current 8th graders).
WHAT:
This year’s competition show is going to be a LOT of fun, and is going to require enhanced character movement training. These clinics will start to lay the foundation of the character movement that will be built on and refined throughout the entire season. We will have three of our national level clinicians in to teach students. Wes Cartwright is our show designer and program coordinator. He is responsible for all creative and artistic aspects of the show and will be overseeing the character development process. Michael Rosales is our choreographer and will be teaching the character movement. Tim Darbonne will be our movement clinician and is responsible for the technical aspects of marching and movement.
We will also be experimenting and working with one of our new competition uniform accessories (hats & headpieces).
