Art Show - EDGE Discussion
If you have ever been to an art show, visited an art museum, or looked at what photographers or designers post on social media, you know you can learn things about the creator simply from what they have created. You can tell the mood of their work by their color palate or by the filters they use, and you can even see what they love to capture — people, places, still life, animals, etc. Most of the time you never meet the artist face to face or sit down with them and talk about what they have made, but you still feel like you know them based on what they have created. The same goes for God. He is the artist and the whole world is His art show. Everything that is created can reveal something to us about God. By observing the created world, we can come to reasonably conclude that God exists and what He is like as well. This semester we will look at our world and see that it is reasonable to believe that God exists, learning how both faith and reason can both help us come to this conclusion.
