Cadet Promotion Request

Please fill out this form to request a promotion. This form must be submitted NLT 23:59 the Saturday prior to the promotion meeting. Your promotion ceremony will take place the Monday after your request except on PT nights. You must come to the meeting with all other promotion items complete in order to promote.

Promotions must be requested by 23:59 the Saturday before the Monday you wish to take the test. ***Promotion requests do not carry over to future meetings. If you miss the meeting your requested, you will need to request it again.***

If you do not meet the requirements to promote, an email will be sent to you explaining why. To confirm your eligibility, go through the steps below:

The easiest way to check if you have completed your requirements for you next promotion is to check your email (the email address you have list on eServices) and look for an email from (donotreply@capnhq.gov). You will receive an email from (donotreply@capnhq.gov) once you have completed your promotion requirements.

Another way to see your promotion status is to check your "Cadet Promotions Track Report" found at eServices at: (https://www.capnhq.gov/Default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fReports.aspx%3fid%3d161&id=161). If there is a date in the "Approval Date" Column you are ready to request your promotion.
