The organizers of the event are the Sociology of Work Section of the Polish Sociological Association and the Institute of Sociology, Maria Curie Skłodowska University, Lublin (Poland)..

We kindly ask you to read (1) the Declaration of consent to the use of the image and (2) the Information clause regarding the processing of personal data of the participant of the conference "6th international conference "Social Boundaries of Work. Social Inequalities and New Meanings of Work in the Digital Age". Submitting the registration form will be regarded as consent to the rules and regulations of both of these sections.

Please note that we plan to stream some of the sessions during the conference in the Facebook profile of the Sociology of Work Section of the Polish Sociological Association (https://www.facebook.com/SSPPTS). By registering for the conference, you agree that your name and contributions to the discussion will be video-recorded and streamed.

Organizatorami wydarzenia są Sekcja Socjologii Pracy Polskiego Towarzystwa Socjologicznego oraz Instytut Socjologii Uniwersytetu Marii Curie Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.

Uprzejmie prosimy o zapoznanie się z (1) Oświadczeniem o wyrażeniu zgody na wykorzystanie wizerunku oraz (2) Klauzulą informacyjną dotyczącą przetwarzania danych osobowych uczestnika VI międzynarodowej konferencji "Społeczne granice pracy. Nierówności społeczne i nowe znaczenia pracy w erze cyfryzacji". Wysłanie formularza rejestracyjnego będzie traktowane jako wyrażenie zgody na zasady i regulacje zawarte w obu tych punktach.

Informujemy, że planujemy transmitowanie części sesji podczas konferencji na profilu Sekcji Socjologii Pracy Polskiego Towarzystwa Socjologicznego na Facebooku (https://www.facebook.com/SSPPTS). Rejestrując się na konferencję, wyrażają Państwo zgodę na to, że Państwa nazwisko i wkład w dyskusję będą nagrywane i transmitowane.

(1) Declaration of consent to use the image

Due to the fact that some of the sessions of the conference "Social Boundaries of Work. Social Inequalities and New Meanings of Work in the Digital Age" will be recorded, I hereby sign and declare – on the premise of Art. 81 sec. 1 of the Act of February 4th 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1191 as amended) on copyright and related rights – that I consent to recording and free, multiple dissemination of my image by publishing selected parts of the recordings of the conference on the organizers' websites and social media for promotional or informational purposes.

Moreover, I declare that the above-mentioned video materials with my participation do not infringe my personal rights.

This consent is not limited in time or territory, and applies to all videos and images with my participation made during the conference "Social Boundaries of Work. Social Inequalities and New Meanings of Work in the Digital Age."

The image can be used for all kinds of electronic image processing, framing and composition, with no obligation to accept the final product, but not in offensive or generally considered unethical forms.

(1) Oświadczenie o wyrażeniu zgody na wykorzystanie wizerunku

Ze względu na fakt, że niektóre z sesji konferencji "Społeczne granice pracy. Nierówności społeczne i nowe znaczenia pracy w erze cyfryzacji" będzie nagrywana, niniejszym podpisuję i oświadczam - na podstawie art. 81 ust. 81 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. (Dz. U. z 2018 r., poz. 1191 z późn. zm.) o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych - że wyrażam zgodę na utrwalanie i nieodpłatne, wielokrotne rozpowszechnianie mojego wizerunku poprzez publikację wybranych fragmentów nagrań z konferencji na stronach internetowych organizatorów oraz w mediach społecznościowych w celach promocyjnych lub informacyjnych.

Ponadto oświadczam, że ww. materiały wideo z moim udziałem nie naruszają moich dóbr osobistych.

Niniejsza zgoda nie jest ograniczona czasowo ani terytorialnie i dotyczy wszystkich materiałów wideo i zdjęć z moim udziałem wykonanych podczas  konferencji ""Społeczne granice pracy. Nierówności społeczne i nowe znaczenia pracy w erze cyfryzacji."

Wizerunek może być wykorzystany do wszelkiego rodzaju elektronicznego przetwarzania obrazu, kadrowania i kompozycji, bez obowiązku akceptacji produktu końcowego, jednak nie w formach obraźliwych lub powszechnie uznawanych za nieetyczne.

Information clause regarding the processing of personal data of the participant of the international conference  "Social Boundaries of Work. Social Inequalities and New Meanings of Work in the Digital Age"

In accordance with the Art. 13 sec. 1, 2 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws of the EU, L 2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, I would like to inform you that:
- the administrator of your personal data is the Polish Sociological Association, Nowy Świat 72 st., 00-330 Warsaw;
- you can contact the data administrator via e-mail address: pts@ifispan.edu.pl;

The participant's personal data will be processed by the administrator for the purpose of:
- participation in the international conference " "Social Boundaries of Work. Social Inequalities and New Meanings of Work in the Digital Age" that will be organised in Lublin on 19-20 May 2022.
- contact in organizational matters.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b, lit. c and lit. f of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27th 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), i.e. to perform the contract, under legitimate interests of data administrator, who is contacting in connection with participation in the event and sending information constituting direct marketing of products and services.

In accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b, lit. c and lit. f for the indicated purposes, we process data such as:
a. first name, family name;
b. academic affiliation and degree
c. address of the workplace
d. e-mail address

Providing data is voluntary, but nevertheless it is necessary to participate in the event.
The data will be processed throughout the time of organization of the conference.
The data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or an international organization.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, transfer data, and the right to object to further processing.
If you consent to the processing of data, you have the right to withdraw it.
The exercise of the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the consent was withdrawn.
The administrator informs that he does not process data in a way that leads to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Klauzula informacyjna dotycząca przetwarzania danych osobowych uczestnika międzynarodowej konferencji "Społeczne granice pracy. Nierówności społeczne i nowe znaczenia pracy w erze cyfryzacji"

Zgodnie z Art. 13 sec. 1, 2 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46 / WE (Dz. Urz. UE, L 2016.119.1), zwanego dalej GDPR, informuję, że:
- administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Polskie Towarzystwo Socjologiczne, ul. Nowy Świat 72, 00-330 Warszawa;
- z administratorem danych może się Pani/Pan skontaktować poprzez adres e-mail: pts@ifispan.edu.pl;

Dane osobowe uczestnika będą przetwarzane przez administratora w celu:
- udziału w międzynarodowej konferencji "Społeczne granice pracy. Nierówności społeczne i nowe znaczenia pracy w erze cyfryzacji", która jest organizowana w Lublinie w dniach 19-20 maja 2022 r.
- kontakt w sprawach organizacyjnych.

Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b, lit. c oraz lit. f Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych (GDPR), tj. w celu wykonania umowy, w ramach prawnie uzasadnionych interesów administratora danych, który kontaktuje się w związku z udziałem w wydarzeniu oraz przesyłaniem informacji stanowiących marketing bezpośredni produktów i usług.

Zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b, lit. c oraz lit. f we wskazanych celach przetwarzamy dane takie jak:
a. imię, nazwisko
b. afiliacja i stopień naukowy
c. adres miejsca pracy
d. adres e-mail.

Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, niemniej jednak niezbędne do wzięcia udziału w wydarzeniu.
Dane będą przetwarzane przez czas organizacji konferencji.
Dane nie będą przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy lub organizację międzynarodową.
Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, a także prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec dalszego przetwarzania.
W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przetwarzanie danych, przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo do jej wycofania.
Skorzystanie z prawa do cofnięcia zgody nie ma wpływu na przetwarzanie, które miało miejsce do momentu cofnięcia zgody.
Administrator informuje, że nie przetwarza danych w sposób prowadzący do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji, w tym profilowania.
