We hope you can join us as at Oracle Park as an Faculty Marshal
or Ambassador on Friday, May 24th!
Ambassadors:
Responsibilities are to welcome graduates and their guests along with help in crowd control at various designated areas around Oracle Park. Ambassadors will be asked to arrive by 1:30 p.m. and will be supplied with a yellow windbreaker to wear.
Faculty Marshals:
Responsibilities include helping graduates enter and depart their seats in a
timely manner during the graduate procession and diploma procession. Faculty Marshals will be asked to arrive by 2:00 p.m. with their regalia.
A tour of the ballpark along with instructions on each role’s responsibilities will be provided on the day of the event.
Thank You Party:
Faculty members who helped out on May 24 will be invited to attend the Thank
You Party on Tuesday, June 4th from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the ADM Patio (5th floor). We will begin accepting RSVPs for the party in mid-May.
