Tables and chairs are not included in your booth rental.  You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs, however, if you'd like us to provide these items, please indicate preferences below.  Additional charges will apply for table and chair rental

GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR VENDORS
1. Registration fees are non-refundable after June 13th, 2024.
2. Displays are not to block access to doors or fire extinguishers.
3. No open flames or heating appliances are allowed.
4. Show Hours on Saturday, July 13th: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
5. Setup Time: Friday, July 12th: 5 - 7 pm and Saturday, July 13th: 8 – 9:30 am.
6. Takedown Time: Saturday, July 13th at 5 p.m.
7. Parking for vendors: Andover YMCA Community Center West Parking Lot.
8. Additional regulations may be imposed as needed.
I understand that the Andover Family Fun Fest and the Andover YMCA Community Center accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for any injury or mishap to person/persons for any loss or theft of articles. I have read and fully understand the above regulations and further agree to comply with them regarding my display at the Andover Family Fun Fest Craft & Gift Show on
