2025 NCMEP Manufacturing Leadership Award for Continuous Improvement
This 2025 NCMEP Leadership Award is presented to a manufacturing facility in North Carolina with 500 or fewer employees demonstrating excellence in continuous improvement.

This award recognizes effective, innovative expansion programs or initiatives which have been established for a minimum of two years.   The award will be presented at the 2025 North Carolina Manufacturing conference (MFGCON), the date and location will be announced Fall 2024.

Instructions:  Manufacturers are invited to self-nominate.  Please complete as much information as possible about your nominated manufacturer.   Nominations are due by 5:00pm on February 14, 2025.

How long has the company been in business? *

The Continuous Improvement Award is presented to the organization that exemplifies the use of systems of continuous improvement methodology that drive organizational behaviors aligned to a visual, detailed action plan and timeline.  Reviewers will be looking for evidence that standards and work instructions are simple and visual for all work processes.  It is important to provide examples of improvements made by following a scientific method, such as PDCA, or DMAIC methodology.
