PLAYERS MUST SELF-RATE AT 2.0 AND ABOVE for all 3.0 and below leagues except NEW TO PICKLEBALL. Beginner lessons and refreshers are offered separately.
Payments must be made by eTransfer when this form is submitted for entry to be valid.
ODAS Park reserves the right to move player requests from one league to another if oversubscribed.
No refunds. If provincial COVID restrictions force a shutdown, players will receive a pro-rated credit for the next available league play.
Entrants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with the second dose administered by August 31, 2022. The only acceptable proof of vaccination is the enhanced QR code version.
Fall Leagues start Tuesday, October 4 and end Sunday, December 4, 2022; 9 weeks.

Spots in each league will be restricted to 32 entrants.
Saturday, October 15 NO PLAY. The last Saturday play will be extended one week to December 10. Other adjustments may have to be made from time-to-time for prior bookings or maintenance work.
Each individual league will cost $45.00 for 9 sessions of play ($5 per 2 hour session). We offer a special promotion for those entering multiple leagues: $45 each for the first 2 leagues entered. Additional leagues over 2 will be $40.00 each. HST is included in fees.
