2022 Round Up Donation Survey
Welcome, and Happy Co-op Month 2022! Each year Basics fundraises at checkouts for 12 local non-profits. Our store is owned by YOU, so we want to know who YOU want us to donate to! 

To Vote for Round Up Non-Profits:
1. You must be a current Basics Co-op Owner (fully vested, or up to date on installment payments). 
2. You must be the Co-op Owner named on the account. If you are not sure if you are the owner of the account, check your receipts, ask at the Customer Service desk or call (608)754-3925.
