Terms & Conditions :

Commission

General Commission = 16% + GST; General items over $5000 – to be an agreed value

Livestock Commission = 4.5% + GST

No proceeds will be paid to vendors until all money from sales of their goods are received. Vendors must pay for their purchases before leaving auction, no deductions from proceeds will be allowed.

All items left at the premises are the Vendors/Purchasers own risk. Unsold Items must be removed within 24 hours after completion of auction, otherwise a $25 removal fee will apply

All Vendors must have their items for auction clearly labelled, no claims can be made to the auctioneers for incorrect lotting.

Any reserve prices are to be given to the auctioneer in writing prior to the commencement of the auction & vendors must be present to represent their items - otherwise items will be sold unreserved

JBR Pty Ltd holds no responsibility for any loss or damage of goods prior to, during or after the auction

JBR Pty Ltd holds sole agency on all goods offered at the sale for 14 days.

Any sale on items made during this time or because of the sale, JBR Pty Ltd reserves the right to claim the full commission being 16% + GST as well as other selling and advertising costs.

In the event of a disputed bid, the auctioneer is the sole arbitrator of the successful bidder, or the auctioneer may decide to put the lot up again. The auctioneer decision is final.

Health & Welfare – All livestock must always have water and food available to them.

NVD: Cattle, sheep, goats -  must have a current NVD declaration that is handed into the office upon arrival .

Cattle: All cattle must have NLIS tags .

Pigs – All pigs must be sold with PigPass Birds: must be in a cage

Horses: only owners are allowed to handle & ride horses, rider/owner must wear a helmet when handling horse.

NO sales of Dogs or Cats allowed.

Outside sales / deals are strictly forbidden. Any items sold on the day must be proceed through the JBR office.

Vendor must warrant clear titles on all lots for auction.

No claims for items sold can be directed to the auctioneers or JBR PTY LTD.
