This highly practical and interactive, half-day workshop will provide knowledge, understanding and practical application of tools and techniques for building confidence, developing dynamic communication skills and achieving positive wellbeing.

You will leave the workshop with a toolkit of simple, effective techniques that will enable you to continue to
develop and maintain increased confidence, effective communications and positive wellbeing. Ongoing
practise of these techniques will give you:
