Application for East Grinstead Swim Club Masters
Please answer all questions on this form to register your interest for a taster swim with EGSC Masters squad.  We will add your details to our waiting list as currently all taster sessions are full.  The session runs on a Friday morning at Kings Centre, East Grinstead, RH19 3LN from 6am for 90 minutes.  This is a fully coached session.  There is a £25 fee for the first three weeks after which you must make a decision about becoming a member.  The £25 payable prior to attending your first taster session by BACS.  The current Masters session is on a Friday morning at Kings Centre from 6am to 7.30am.  

Please note that the sessions are limited to a set number of people so once we are full then we will create a waiting list.  Once you have completed this form then we will get in touch to let you know if we have a place available for you straight away or if your name is on our waiting list.  All of your personal details collected here are held in line with our club Privacy Policy.  If you have any questions you can contact Sally treasurer@egsc.co.uk
