Golfers must register as a four-person team.  Please complete the information below for all known participants.  All golfers and guests must be 21 or older by August 11, 2023.  Valid ID at registration required.  Golfer registration includes LED golf balls, golf cart, t-shirt, Glow cup, music, food from Los Amigos and one complimentary guest per golfer.  Each guest will also enjoy music, watching the Glow Golf from the patio, and Los Amigos at no cost. 

TEAM SPOTS ARE RESERVED UPON COMPLETION OF $400 PAYMENT.

The course is LIMITED TO ONLY 13 FOUR-PERSON TEAMS (52 golfers total).  Register with payment today to reserve your spot!

Glow Golf will be held -- rain or shine -- on August 12, 2023.  No Refunds will be issued.
