After submitting this form, please mail the following to 10 Vail Road, Erial, NJ 08081 in order to secure your spot.

1. A completed waiver (https://southjerseyedge.files.wordpress.com/2018/02/sj-edge-waiver-2017-1.pdf)
2. For new players who want do do tournaments send a $50 registration fee. Once selected for a team, you will be expected to submit a $200 deposit immediately.
3. For returning players, a $200 deposit. This deposit MUST be paid prior to team placements.
4. For players who want to participate in training only mail a $200 deposit. This deposit must be received by March 19th.

Team placements and new player tryouts will held as follows between 6pm and 9pm, times will be emailed once registration has be completed and groups are finalized:
