- 2 make-up classes will be provided for the session, for any reason that the student is unable to attend class. Make-up classes will only be scheduled during the same session, and cannot be carried over to the next session. Make-up classes cannot be re-scheduled or cancelled once it's confirmed.
- Absences for 2 or more classes due to medical reason, will require doctor's note
- When your registration is confirmed by our staff, payment will be required within one week, or your registration will be cancelled.
- Registration cancelled at least 10 days prior to the first class can be given full refund minus $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given, credit only. Should you wish to cancel your registration after the start of the session, the tuition can be kept as credit for future classes, less $50 administration fee.

- 为了尽量配合家长, 本学期课程可有2次补课。如果已安排好补课但没有出席, 本次补课将不予再补.
- 因身体原因连续缺席超过2节课, 家长必须提供医生纸, 我们会安排补课.
- 登记后客服会联系家长确认报名信息, 确认好后学费必须在1周内付清, 否则报名将会被取消.
- 报名缴费后如需取消, 必须在开课前10天联系我们取消, 只留CREDIT 并扣除$50手续费. 开课后概不退费.
