The student who requested this recommendation is being considered for selection to the Vista Murrieta High School Chapter of the National Honor Society.  Membership is the pinnacle of a student’s high school career and reflects outstanding accomplishments in the areas of SCHOLARSHIP, CHARACTER, LEADERSHIP, and SERVICE. As part of the selection process, students are asked to secure recommendations from teachers, staff members, club advisors, or community supervisors.  

In addition to your current students, some former students may request a recommendation from you. Please fill out the following form to the best of your ability and with the most relevant experience with the student you have. All applications are reviewed holistically, and any unusual circumstances will be kept in mind throughout the process.
