Dear Caldwell Community, The Caldwell Exempted Village School District in partnership with the Teachers, Staff, Administrators, and Students is in the beginning stages of a strategic planning process. Strategic planning is an important process for our school district because it will help us identify long-and short-term goals, consider how best to allocate resources and finally, and determine a course of action for the next 3-5 years.
