Black Parent Mentorship Program Application
Our Black Parent Mentorship Program is designed to create a support system for Black Parents by connecting Black parents with others who have had similar experiences and can understand the unique experiences of parenting Black children.  The program provides space for parents to connect with each other, support and guide each other as they walk the complex path of parenting and supporting their child’s education. 

Please fill out this form in order to request to join the program. We will do our best to get back to you within 3 business days.

Applicants should:
* Have Black children who are currently in the education system
*Be willing to share their story and experiences with someone in order to receive guidance/support

This form is considered confidential. No information in this form will be shared with anyone outside of the Parents of Black Children team without your consent.
