Worker Protection Standard (WPS) Request----Fee for Service/Training

Please fill out the form below to request WPS training at your company or farm. PSEP at OSU will provide participatory education and training designed to protect workers from risks of pesticide exposure. Fee is per training session at a variable cost.

The variability is due to the difference in salary/benefits of the individual who works on the training/session, the number of trips taken, and the hours needed to complete the session. The cost will be disclosed to the customer prior to the beginning of the /training session and a scope of work with associated deliverables will be provided.

**One training/session can accommodate up to 30 students and each training lasts an hour with a maximum of 3 sessions per day. Multiple days may be needed if more trainings are requested.
