The Prairie Central District and Rivers West District have teamed up to bring Andrew Exelby, Parks and Open Spaces Consultant with Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association (SPRA) and the Provincial Communities in Bloom Coordinator to discuss how to pick the right tree, review key tree species and discuss proper pruning, planting and mulching practices.
