Car Rider Tags
In an effort to streamline our dismissal process and consolidate car rider tags to one card per family, we need some information from you.  
Please complete this form letting us know the students that will consistently be loaded in the same car in the event that students are ever car riders.  Each family will receive a car rider tag with student barcodes (regardless of mode of regular transportation).  An example has been provided below.
Information regarding distributing the car rider tags before in-person instruction begins will be shared at a later time.  Our students safety is our #1 priority so thank you for being patient with this process.
