This is a very exciting time as you plan to have your child received into God's family, cleansed of original sin, and begin a life of grace in the Sacraments. We are honored that you wish to share this moment with us! Please complete the form below and one of our priests will get in touch with you to schedule a preparation date for first time parents or if you haven't had a child baptized in the last five years and to confirm the baptism date.

A baptism preparation session is required for both parents before the baptism. The sessions typically happen on the last Saturday of the month from 10 to 11:30 am at Holy Family (Nazareth Room.) Please check the date on which both of you will be attending. *
