Democracy For Youth Leadership Institute - APPLICATION
In partnership with the Kansas City Public Library, Consensus KC is offering a free Civic Leadership Institute for high school aged youth.

This is with support from Citizen University and their Citizen Redefined curriculum that was designed specifically for high schoolers. 
  • Where: KC Library - Plaza Branch
  • When: Saturday, November 5th (10am-3:00pm) and Sunday, November 6th (11:30am-5:00pm). Food will be provided on both days.
  • What: Meet new friends, discover ways to be of service to American democracy, explore your civic and moral compass, and seek ways to increase space for cooperation with others.
  • Who: Open to current high school students anywhere in the KC Metro. (Space is limited to 12 participants. )
