The Municipal Management Association of Northern California (MMANC) is now accepting proposals for conference sessions from individuals, groups, organizations, and our Corporate Partners for the upcoming 2024 MMANC Annual Conference in Santa Rosa. The theme of this year’s conference is “Harvest Your Potential.”
The conference theme "Harvest Your Potential" conveys a powerful and motivational message, urging participants to dig into their untapped capabilities and maximize personal and professional growth. This theme draws inspiration from the agricultural metaphor of harvesting, symbolizing the culmination of efforts and the reaping of rewards.
Throughout the conference, attendees can expect sessions and discussions that focus on personal development, technical skill enhancement, and unlocking hidden potential. The theme encourages individuals to reflect on their talents, cultivate their strengths, and embrace opportunities for growth. It suggests a period of abundance and fulfillment, where participants can gather the fruits of their efforts and sow the seeds for future success.
"Harvest Your Potential" creates an atmosphere of optimism, empowerment, and forward momentum. It invites participants to engage in collaborative discussions, learn from each other's experiences, and leave the conference with renewed inspiration and practical insights to cultivate their fullest potential in various aspects of life.

Proposals will be open starting March 29 and must be received by 11:59 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024.

The conference will be held November 6-8, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country in Santa Rosa, CA. A link to reserve your hotel room using our discounted room block will be emailed to you after you register for the conference.
Speakers that are selected to present at the 2024 conference will be provided a discount code for registration. If you are a MMANC corporate partner, a special comp/discount code for your conference registration will be emailed to you.
