Each session is limited to 5 PCHs/PAs, so register early. A PCH/PA team of 2-3 participants is suggested. Please note that the cost of this training for 2023 is paid for by Johnson and Johnson.

As a leader and/or manager of a Pathways Community HUB (PCH) or Pathways Agency (PA), you are encouraged to participate in the new PCHI training developed for the adoption and integration of CLAS Standards at the organizational level.

Content: The training builds on the CLAS Standards developed by the US Department of
Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health. The content of PCHI’s training includes:
 The National CLAS Standards
 A crosswalk and alignment of the CLAS Standards with PCH and PA Certification Standards
 Strategies for Implementation
 Elaboration on select content materials and examples
 Useful resources

Format: The virtual training involves three interactive meetings facilitated by PCHI Director
of Certification, Dr. Brenda Leath. Prior to each meeting, participants will review recorded
study modules and create case studies applying the content. The discussions focus on
case studies from each participating PCH/PA based on the recorded CLAS content,
available for review at the participant’s convenience between the biweekly meetings
(Independent Study).
