Steak and Lobster meals are served with a roll, coleslaw, and potato salad.
The veggie meal is both gluten free and vegan. This year it is diced peppers, purple cabbage, celery and matchstick carrots with roasted cajun chickpeas and seasoned edamame over red quinoa. It will be served with a thai peanut sauce. Please let me know if anyone on your team has a peanut allergy and we can provide a peanut free sauce.
