Speaker Guidelines
Presentations will be reviewed for relevance, quality and purpose to provide a balanced educational program.

Breakout sessions are traditionally 60-75  minutes in length, may include multiple presenters, and are intended for 20–50 participants. Some events may have a smaller ratio.

Presenters are paid neither honoraria nor expenses.

Presenters are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel and lodging, and for any other associated costs.

Accepted speakers should start and end sessions on time, provide the highest quality content and deliver the content in an engaging and pedagogically sound manner and when applicable, include audiovisual material and handouts that increase participant learning.

Handouts may include speakers’ titles, degrees, biographies, e-mail address, and website(s).  These elements connect speakers with participants and may lead to business opportunities or collaborations.  However, handouts may not include advertisements for goods and services.

Speakers may include a brief description of their professional work as part of their introduction but may not distribute any promotional materials at the session.

Do you agree to the above speaker guidelines as described above? *
