IMMD and IMPOA are partnering to sponsor a competitive event amongst ten (10) of Indian Mountain’s chili chefs! There is no fee for contestants to join the cook-off. The first ten (10) registration forms received will be entered for participation.
Contestants must arrive to the Community Center between 3pm and 3:30pm for check-in and table set-up.
Contestants are responsible for (PLEASE BRING):
- 6 quarts (180 ounces) of fully cooked, heated, and ready to serve chili in an electric crock pot or slow cooker
- A twelve (12) foot or longer electrical extension cord
- Two (2) serving spoons or ladles (to serve the samples)
- Optional: additional condiments if desired
Sampling cups, bowls, and spoons will be provided by IMPOA. Registration confirmation will be sent by email. Please complete this info to register.
