Northside Swim Academy Financial Aid Application Form
At Northside Swim Academy, we understand that everyone may not have the finances to afford our programming at our list prices. This form is for you to apply for financial aid. After this form is completed, we will email you whether your request was accepted or denied. If your request was accepted, a Northside Swim Academy Team Member will reach out to you to come up a specific financial plan that will allow you to participate in anyone of our programs. If you are denied, we will provide you reasoning on why you were denied. You may apply however many times you would like, but know that this may not change the outcome.

Note: the plan discussed between the client and NSA management needs to be approved by higher management. If this initial draft of a plan is not approved, this process will be repeated until the client and Northside Swim Academy come to agreement which favors both parties.
