2022 BPRA Annual General Meeting - Proxy Voting Form
Any adult 18 years of age or older in a member household within the catchment area specified in the BPRA letters patent (articles of incorporation) is entitled to vote at the 2022 BPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM), Saturday, July 16th 7:30 PM at Timberline Park. This area runs north from Westshore Crescent to the south side of Bayou Rd. This is your association and your beach park - your vote counts.

A quorum for the transaction of business at a Members’ meeting is ten (10) percent of the Members entitled to vote at the meeting, whether present in person or by proxy. For 2022, this means we need at least 13 member households with voting privileges attending the AGM in person, or if that's not possible, sending a proxy by completing the form below.

You can designate Claire Lysnes (President), Rick Talbot (Treasurer), Erica Lomonaco (Acting Secretary), or anyone else attending the AGM in person to act as your proxy.
