ACD Class Registration Form
Please fill out this form for each child you would like to register for dance classes this spring! Registration is now closed, however we can still accept new students if you fill out this form and email us at acdteachers@gmail.com to let us know you have registered a new student!

Classes will be held from from January 17-April 11, 2025 for the spring semester 

After the registration period closes, you will be emailed a copy of the schedule! Classes will be grouped by age and type of dance, however siblings wanting to be put in the same class can be accommodated. We look forward to working with you and your child!
