Thank you for participating in the 2020 Temple Cleanse Consecration with Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church. The purpose of this 40-day experience was to allow the Presence of God into your daily routine through prayer, diet, exercise and meditation on God’s Word. We want to know the impact that this time of consecration has made in your life. Please take a few moments to provide your feedback below. Please complete one form per participant.

Increased Water Intake

At least 30 minutes of exercise daily

Beginning your day with prayer

Ending your day with prayer

Days 1-10: No Sugar or Artificial Sweeteners

Days 11-17: Adding at least 5 servings of vegetables each day

Days 18-24: No white potato, white rice, white bread or white pasta

Days 25-31: No dairy; No breads, pastas or rice of any kind

Days 32-40: No Meat, Except Fish
