On July 19, 2025 from 3-8 PM a Firefighter Appreciation Day will be held at the Canaan Community Recreation Park located at
6745 VT Route 102 in Canaan, VT 05903. Local fire department members and their families are being invited, as well as the general public. Event details can be found at

We are seeking resource vendors and food vendors to be part of this event. Resource vendors are being considered as organizations and groups that provide services to our communities or ways to get involved. (Please understand that arts & crafts vendors will not be accepted, as there are many other events for them to take part in.) It is encouraged to offer fun, interactive activities at vendor booths to add to the attractions of the event. Parking will be available for one vehicle behind each vendor space. Others will be directed to lots across the road.
Please fill out the form below to sign up for a vendor space by July 5, 2025. We will be accepting a limited number of food vendors and will aim to have a variety. Those offering food must submit proof of insurance and business licensure to Diana Rancourt at
ran3@myfairpoint.net.

Event time: 3-8 PM, with food vendors available 4-8 PM
Resource vendors, please break down no earlier than 6 PM. Food vendors may break down after 8 PM.
The organizing committee will review vendor form submissions and provide confirmations as soon as possible. Approved vendors will be asked to submit payment in the form of a mailed check to: Town of Canaan, P.O. Box 159, Canaan, VT 05903 (in the memo area please write “Firefighters Appreciation Day”), to finalize reservation of space. Funds support event costs.
