Dear PS 7 Families, please complete the DIGITAL BLUE CARD for your child. It is important that all questions are completed in order to update our system. A DIGITAL BLUE CARD must be completed for each child that will be attending PS 7. Therefore if you have more than one child attending PS 7, you must complete a separate DIGITAL BLUE CARD for each child. Thank you.
